Why does my city show no pollen data? Respira never shows a level it does not have. Where you see "No reading" rather than a number, it means the source returned nothing for that place today — not that the air is clear. Pull to refresh, or try again later.
Which countries are covered? Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Where does the data come from? In Europe, the Copernicus CAMS model through Open-Meteo, enriched with national monitoring networks in Spain, Italy and Germany. In the United States, the Google Pollen API. Air quality comes from Open-Meteo everywhere, on the EPA scale in the US and the European index elsewhere.
How do I cancel Respira Pro? Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Respira > Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
I paid and Pro did not activate. Open the paywall and tap "Restore purchases". If it still does not work after a few minutes, email us — you will not be charged twice.
How do I delete my account? In the app, or at respiraapp.fit/en/delete-account.
