Respira — Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 August 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Respira you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

2. What the service is

Respira shows pollen levels and air quality for your location, a multi-day forecast, a seasonal pollen calendar, and a personal symptom diary you can export. It is available in eight countries: Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Respira (free): access to all the main features, with non-personalized ads served through Unity LevelPlay.

Respira Pro: smart pollen notifications, the trip planner, the PDF report for your allergist, and no ads.

3. Respira Pro plans

Prices and plans: Respira Pro is available three ways — monthly and annual, both auto-renewing, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices vary by country and currency; the exact price for your storefront is shown in the app before you confirm.

Free trial: some plans may include a free trial for new subscribers. Whether one is offered, and how long it lasts, depends on the plan and the country, and is shown in the app next to the plan before you confirm: if no free trial is mentioned there, that plan does not include one. If you start a plan with a trial and do not cancel before it ends, you will be charged the plan price automatically. The lifetime plan has no trial, as it is a one-time purchase.

Auto-renewal (monthly and annual): subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The lifetime plan does not renew — you pay once and keep access.

How to cancel: on iOS, Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Respira > Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's own terms, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you believe it has been used without your permission. You can delete your account at any time at respiraapp.fit/en/delete-account.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Respira for anything unlawful, do not attempt to access other users' data, and do not try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Medical disclaimer

Respira is an informational tool. It is not a medical device and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Pollen levels are forecasts and model output, not measurements at your address, and they can differ from what you actually experience. The diary and the exported report are there to help you have a better conversation with a healthcare professional — not to replace one. Never delay seeking medical advice because of something you read in this app.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its name, its design and its content belong to Respira, except for third-party data used under the licences credited in the app and in the privacy policy.

8. Availability

We work to keep Respira available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Environmental data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. When we have no data for a place, the app says so rather than showing a level.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Respira is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Madrid, Spain have jurisdiction over any dispute. None of this deprives you of the mandatory rights granted to you by the consumer protection law of your country of residence.
